Pursue the Healer, Not Healing

Jesus Himself bore of sickness and carried our pain. The emphasis is on the Person of Jesus. We all want healing, but the focus is on the person, not on the work. All the benefits of His work come from the Person. As the Israelites feasted on the Lamb, they were healed and there was none feeble among them. It is a great foreshadow of how to receive healing today!

God is NOT mad, but Sin is Still Stupid

God is not judging individuals for their sin. He already judged Jesus. There will be a Judgment Day at the end of time, but we are not in that day. We are in the day of the favor of the Lord. However, there are consequences to sin. Sowing and reaping occurs under grace.

Entering the Realm of Rest

There was a physical rest in the Old Testament called the Sabbath that pictured a spiritual rest in the New Testament. It is a ceasing from trying to get something by our own efforts, in our own strength, and entering a realm of peace, trust and confidence that God will do what He said He would do. Vision Message 2018

As we celebrate what God has done in the past 12 months, we look at the next season God has for us. In the OT, God had kings and priests. Today we get to be both. There needs to be an honoring between these two groups so that God¹s people can use their authority in the Kingdom, but do it with a priestly heart.

Honor In Your Hometown

If we are to bring heaven to earth, we will need the same atmospheric conditions. Honor releases life. Honor is celebrating who a person is without stumbling over who they aren’t yet. However, honor is tested when you disagree and when someone isn’t acting honorably.
